Brad Livingston

Pastor Brad has been an integral part of the church since its inception, serving under his father, Dan Livingston. In January 2018, the two of them completed a 4 year transition process, and Pastor Brad was officially installed as TC’s Lead Pastor.

Pastor Brad has a mission to continue the legacy his father created, by leading a church for all people. He believes churches should represent what Heaven will look like, so it’s a priority for TC to be a multi-ethnic, multi-racial, multi-generational congregation, where everyone has a place and a voice. He and his wife Ashley have a heart to see people’s lives transformed through the power of Jesus Christ!

Alongside the Lead Pastor, our Executive Team works together to shape the vision and direction of Transformation Church.

  • Executive Pastor & Chief of Staff

    Pastor Justin joined the team in July of 2017 and serves as the Executive Pastor. He and Pastor Brad have been friends for over 20 years and now he oversees the day-to-day operations and ministries of the church on his behalf. Pastor Justin leads our staff and oversees all systems and processes.

    Pastor Justin’s ultimate goal is that each person who is a part of TC, no matter where they are on your faith journey, would take the necessary steps to fulfilling the plan and purpose God has on their life.

  • Executive Pastor - Ministries

    Pastor Ric joined the team in July 2022 and serves as our Connect Pastor. He has served in full-time ministry for over 20 years in pastoral roles in Waco, TX, Bay Minette, AL, and Prattville, AL before moving to Pensacola, FL in 2017. He spent many years serving in student ministries and as a lead pastor. Now, his passion is to help the vision of the house go forward here at Transformation Church.

    In his free time, he loves fishing and spending time with family. He has been married to his wife Tiffany since July 16, 2005, and they have two children, Will and Anaya.

  • Executive Director Of Ministries

    Ashley currently serves as the TC Kids Director as well.

    Ashley and Pastor Brad were high school sweethearts and married in 2010. Ashley serves as our TC Kids Director. She loves to help kids learn more about the Bible in a way that they can understand and become followers of Jesus. She also loves to organize TC events so that everyone arrives to a fun and exciting atmosphere and leaves feeling celebrated.

  • Executive Director Of Programming


    John joined the team in March 2018 and serves as our Digital Director. John oversees Worship, Production, Digital, Online, and Communications.

    He also current serves as the content creator for TC. John is a self-taught graphic designer, videographer, video editor, photographer, and all-around media geek. He uses his creative skills to design and create everything TC puts out. His passion is to see lives changed by the Gospel, and he gets to use his creative gifts to help make that happen.

    He is married to his wife Savannah and has a son named Theo.

  • Central Guest Experience & TC Groups Director

    Since June 2025, Charitey Bonner has served as the Central Guest Experience & Groups Director at Transformation Church, overseeing Guest Experience and Groups across all TC locations.Her journey at TC began in 2018 through the Leadership Pipeline program, which she completed two years while interning in various roles. Charitey then spent three years as an Executive Intern, playing a key part in advancing the vision of the House.Married to Andrew Bonner since 2023, she is passionate about serving in ministry alongside him. Charitey is deeply committed to building leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, and helping every guest, from first-time visitors to new believers, find connection with Christ and Community.

  • TC Kids Director

  • Administrative Director


    Tiffany joined the team in July 2023 and serves as our Administrative Director. She has served as a church administrator for over 20 years. Her passion is to help develop and execute systems behind the scenes so that our Pastors can focus their attention on day-to-day ministry.

    She is married to her husband Ric, and they have two kids, Will and Anaya.

  • Central Worship Director

    Seth joined the team in July 2025 and serves at the Central Worship Director. He has served as a church worship director for over 8 years. His passion is to build worship leaders & develop musical excellence within his team. He also uses his creative skills in song writing to glorify the kingdom of God. He is married to his wife Whitney, and they have four kids, Israel, Saybl, Sophia, Isaac.

    Kyle has been with TC since it’s inception. With a strong versatility in all things audio and production-related, he is our Programming Director and serves without hesitation.

  • Founding Pastor

    Pastor Dan has been married to his wife Cathy since July 12, 1980 and has served in full-time ministry for over 39 years. He has served in pastoral roles in the Bronx New York, Cincinnati Ohio, Kentucky, and then settling here in Pensacola. After founding and launching Transformation Church in 2013, Pastor Dan began developing and training young leaders for the future. Now, his passion to reach those far from God and his vision to see a church built on people from all walks of life meeting Jesus, is being fulfilled as he continues to lead as one of our staff elders as our Founding Pastor.

    Pastor Dan is also the founder of Pastor2Pastor and serves as a state coordinator for Christian’s United for Israel (CUFI).

  • Born in Milton, FL, I have lived in California, the Washington DC area, and North Carolina before making Gulf Breeze home. I love movies, playing guitar, college football and hanging out with friends. Words that excite me? Passion, Authenticity, Relevance, Creativity, and Culture.
